We moved to Bozeman with our daughter, Hailey in 2005 to fulfill our dream of living in a place that offers the mountain views, beauty and wildlife that the Northern Rockies are known for. As a family, we truly have adopted the “last best place” as our home and are happily settled here.
We come to our new business with many years of patient care and experience. As a husband and wife team, we will bring a sense of family and compassion to our practice.
Our goal is to build the premier aesthetic medicine practice in the region. We will offer our clients the latest and safest non-surgical treatments and technology available.

Diane Buss RT(T)
Diane received her degree in 1994 in Science of Radiologic Technology from Loma Linda Medical University in Loma Linda, California. She went on obtain her advanced training certificate in Radiation Therapy from Loma Linda Medical University in 1996.
Diane has been practicing in the field of Radiation Oncology as a Radiation Therapist since 1996. Her experience includes the delivery of Radiation treatments to cancer patients with a variety of oncology illnesses. She is currently employed at Bozeman Deaconess Cancer Center. Diane is PCA Skin certified and has completed the PCA Skin biology & chemical peel seminar. This seminar provides a solid understanding of skin biology and the safe and effective application of superficial chemical peels.
Ronald Buss, M.D.
Dr. Buss received his undergraduate training at Portland State University in Portland, Oregon receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He received his medical degree from Oregon Health Sciences University in 1975.
Dr. Buss has been practicing Emergency Medicine (EM) for 25 years and has been board certified in EM since 1986. Dr. Buss continues to practice Emergency Medicine in Montana. He has been certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support as well as Advanced Trauma Life Support. He is a member of the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.
Denise Decker
Denise has been with Aesthetic Medicine since we opened our doors. She is a integral part of our practice, from managing the front desk to attending to our clients needs.
Seine Tucker, Licensed Aesthetician
Seine in 2004 graduated with a license in aesthetics from the Euro Institute in Seattle, Washington. After graduating, Seine, originally from Bozeman, began her career in skin care in Seattle, WA. In October 2006, she returned to Bozeman to commence her skin care practice, where she specialized in treatments customized for her clients’ unique needs. Seine’s services include microdermabrasion, brow & lash tinting, facial & body waxing, customized facials and peels.
Candice Tatum, NCTMB
Massage Therapist
Candice graduated from Chicago School of Massage Therapy in 2004. She has worked in a variety of health care and massage settings, including private practice, chiropractor/kinesiology offices and luxury spas across the country. Candice specializes in therapeutic massage, pain management, and has also completed courses in pre-natal, Thai herbal and Thai yoga massage. She also holds degrees in Vocal Performance and Theatre from Biola University. Candice loves to sing and be involved in live theatre whenever she can.
Jeri Rudlof, RN BSN, Licensed Nurse
Jeri brings to our practice over 15 years of experience in direct patient care and education. She graduated with her BSN in Nursing from Minot State University, Minot, ND. Jeri has clinical expertise in Botox and dermal fillers and has been serving clients in Bozeman since 2003.
